Kosciol Sw Konstancji, also known as St. Constance Church, is a Roman Catholic church located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The church was founded in 1913 by Polish immigrants who had settled in the area. The current building was completed in 1923 in a Gothic style with beautiful stained glass windows. The church is named after Saint Constance, who was a martyr of the early Christian Church. The parish serves a predominantly Polish community and offers mass in both English and Polish. In addition to religious services, the church hosts a variety of events and activities including a Polish festival, Christmas bazaar, and youth group programs.
